A UniRac for Every PV Application

 

Rails from UniRac

UniRac SolarMount's third-generation extruded aluminum rail is the most versatile yet. Sets include 2 rails, L-feet, and hardware to attach feet to rails. Rail sets now accommodate up to 12 modules per row.

Pro-Pak bundles (rails only) are a great ordering option for installers frequently using SolarMount.

SUNFRAME from UniRac

Components

  1. Inter-module rails provide support shelves for the modules. They rest as little as 2.125 inches above the roof.
  2. Full-length cap strips secure modules and finish the array topside, forming a gap-free frame. Self-drilling screws provide holding power.
  3. End caps finish rail ends to complete the frame.
  4. L-feet attach directly through asphalt shingle roofs and support the rails 0.75 to 1 inch above the roof surface to provide convective air flow for ventilation.
  5. Splice bars safely extend rails.
  6. Standoffs (optional), designed for standard flashing, support L-feet above tile or shake roofs. A range of heights ensures a low profile.

Clear or dark-bronze anodized finishes on all above-roof components

 

Adjustable Side-of-Pole Racks from UniRac

All adjustable PV PoleSides use 100 percent aluminum structural components and stainless steel hardware. Assembly is quick and easy. (Series 4001 and 4002 employ the proven installation-friendliness of SolarMount™ rails.)

Adjust tilt angle to suit your site latitude and, if desired, optimize output with seasonal adjustment. Racks mount to Schedule 40 steel pipe, 2.5-, 3-, or 4-inch, depending on model. Design Wind Pressure ranges from 30 to 50 psf.

 

UniRac Fixed Tilt Side-of-Pole Racks

Put a little PV power wherever you need it. Operate remote monitoring stations or other low-power applications. These racks each mount a single PV module quickly, easily, and economically.

Aluminum brackets and zinc plated hardware resist corrosion. Mounts to a 2-inch Schedule 40 or 80 poles, with U-bolt substitution available for 1.5-inch poles.
